Client: This Basic agreement is designed for the needs of Small and Small Office Home Office businesses
Scope: My PC Guy, Inc., will be your virtual Information Technology department.
Labor rates: As a part of the service agreement MPG provides limited remote and phone support for IT issues and anomalies. Clients will receive a discounted rate on onsite and in-house labor.
Monitoring and Patch management: As a part of the agreement MPG will monitor and install Microsoft security and updates to clients network environments by installing MPG Managed Services on a designated server. The monitoring fee is inclusive in the monthly fee. (note that monitoring is 24/7 365) and is limited to 10 devices (for more devises additional charges apply)
Responsibility: Under this agreement MPG assume responsibility for the care and maintenance of Basic environments
Features: As part of the agreement My PC Guy, Inc., will monitor, administer, and maintain existing Microsoft Exchange and / or SQL servers.
Web Page: Website hosting is included in the monthly fee. MPG can host any static or dynamic website including database backend and advanced scripting.
E Mail Hosting: E mail Hosting up to 25 users no attachment size limits
Client Portal: MPG will allow access to a client portal page for agreement clients to enter service requests and work orders to MPG as well as to check on the status of a ticket or open request.
