To setup your E Mail to work with our server open Outlook express. Click on Tools and then accounts

You should get this. Click on the mail tab

Then click on your mail account

On the general tab make sure it is filled out

Click on the Servers tab fill it out like this, in the account name put the the name you requested and the password that you recived from us. Check the my server requires authentication in the Outgoing mail server

then check use same settings as my incoming mail server
